Pascal Savoy, President and Founder
A native of Geneva, Switzerland, Pascal Savoy began his luxury goods career in the alluring and entrancing fragrance industry, developing successful programs for top brands internationally before moving to Australia and develop the business there. Upon his return to Geneva, he subsequently worked for Baume & Mercier watches and later became marketing director for Calvin Klein’s cosmetics line. In 2000, he was appointed President of Hublot America, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He founded Crossbow in September 2004. More than 300,000 watches have been sold in the world under Crossbow’s designs.
Lola Garcia, Vice President and Creative Director
Hailing from Madrid, Spain, Lola Garcia brings her style and creative eye to Crossbow International as a partner in the firm. An award-winning creative talent who has been featured in national magazines for her savvy and prowess as a leader in her field, Garcia has spent years customizing creative services and packages for brands and retailers in America and internationally. She spent seven years as Art Director at Michele Watches, a division of Fossil Inc., where she developed the brand’s positioning, image, and strategies. She moved to Crossbow in 2006.
